Formerly known as Hunan Debang Petrochemical Co., Ltd., the company was restructured into a joint-stock company in 2010. Currently, it has a registered capital of 25 million yuan and is located in Hunan Yueyang Green Chemical High-Tech Industrial Park—a key fine chemical base in Hunan Province. It is 15 kilometers away from Yueyang urban area; National Highway 107, Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway and the Yangtze River waterway run adjacent to the factory, providing extremely convenient land and water transportation. The company possesses strong technical capabilities, advanced production technologies, strict product inspection and control methods, modern management systems, and a comprehensive sales and service system.

The company's annual comprehensive disposal and utilization capacity of hazardous waste reaches 84,000 tons, including 1,000 tons/year of HW02, 21,000 tons/year of HW06, 50,000 tons/year of HW08, 10,000 tons/year of HW11, 1,000 tons/year of HW12, and 1,000 tons/year of HW45. Its main product capacities are as follows: 40,000 tons/year of base oil series products; 55,000 tons/year of industrial solvent series products (including tetrahydrofuran, 2-methyltetrahydrofuran, acetonitrile, dichloromethane, and mixed solvents); 28,000 tons/year of furnace fuel oil; and 2,800 tons/year of fine chemical products.
