Huang Dajiang and his team went to Hunan Juren Chemical New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., Hunan Qianqu New Materials Co., Ltd. and other places successively to inspect on-site the implementation of work safety and fire safety in enterprises.

On September 27, 2022, Miluo City held an emergency drill in the hazardous chemicals field at Sinopec Binjiang Gas Station with the theme of "Welcoming the 20th National Congress and Safeguarding Peace with Loyalty". Fu Wenyong, Deputy Mayor of Miluo City, as well as the persons in charge of relevant units including the Miluo Municipal Work Safety Committee Office, Emergency Management Bureau, Commerce and Grain Bureau, Counter-Terrorism Brigade of the Public Security Bureau, Sinopec Yueyang Petroleum Branch, PetroChina Yueyang Petroleum Branch, and representatives of hazardous chemicals storage enterprises participated in the drill.

The drill simulated a scenario where a gas station was attacked by terrorists, leading to a fire in the fuel dispenser. The gas station immediately activated the emergency plan, reported to the Miluo Municipal Work Safety Committee Office, and quickly carried out disposal work. All organizations immediately arrived at the scene to participate in emergency response. Personnel from the emergency team and firefighters quickly carried out fire-fighting disposal, controlled the terrorists and handed them over to the public security police, and medical staff sent the injured gas station attendant to the hospital. The emergency drill was completed, and the gas station resumed operation.

This drill tested the practicality and operability of the emergency rescue plan for hazardous chemicals accidents, checked the preparation of materials and equipment by each emergency team, and improved the ability of commanders at all levels to handle accidents. It successfully completed all the scheduled objectives and tasks.
