To further improve the level of safety supervision over special equipment in Yunxi District, strengthen grass-roots supervision capacity, and promote the all-round development of young cadres, on February 17th, the Youth League Committee of Yunxi District Administration for Market Regulation, in conjunction with the Special Equipment Safety Supervision Section, organized young cadres to visit Hunan Bangde Boxin Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. located in Yunxi Industrial Park for on-site learning and inspections of special equipment.
The participants included both comrades who have long been engaged in special equipment supervision and young cadres from various positions such as food safety, drug regulation, finance, and intellectual property. For this inspection, the participants were divided into 4 groups, led by comrades holding special equipment safety supervisor certificates. Through reviewing archival materials and conducting on-site equipment inspections, a comprehensive examination was carried out on the enterprise’s in-service pressure vessels, forklifts, pressure pipelines, and elevators. On-site documents such as the Special Equipment Safety Supervision Record and Special Equipment Safety Supervision Order were issued, requiring the enterprise to rectify identified problems and potential hazards within a specified time limit. Teaching was integrated into practice, ensuring a more profound impact on the participating comrades.
This on-site teaching addressed the shortcomings of previous single-form classroom theoretical lectures with low participant engagement. By organizing participants to directly contact, understand equipment, and prepare documents on-site, it effectively accelerated the improvement of on-site inspection capabilities among newly appointed special equipment safety supervisors. In the next step, the administration will continue to carry out flexible and diverse training activities, continuously enhance the standardization, professionalism, and standardization of special equipment safety inspections, and effectively ensure the safe operation of special equipment across the district.
